Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, this is held on file and nothing charged until departure. If your plans do change for some reason, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations. If cancellations are received within this time frame a full refund of any deposits paid will be given. If no cancellation is received and/or guest does not arrive then one night’s accommodation may be charged to the credit card on file.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
For group bookings and on special event weekends where minimum night stay applies, 21 Days notice of cancellation is required.
If a guest chooses to leave earlier than booked, a refund is at Management discretion.
Check-in is available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable
Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
